What do you wish to step into?
I wish to step into confidence in my talents and abilities. I wish to learn and grow, knowing that continuing to develop a practice will create a space for the focus that is missing right now.
I wish for the focus that is needed to write the way I want to write and share the way I wish to share.
I wish to encourage and be encouraged by all of those around me who have already found the path I am seeking, and who have their feet firmly planted on it, stepping forward day by day, project by project, friend by friend.
I wish that all those who are wishing today may receive the blessings they desire.
As Lynn wishes for herself, so I wish for her as well.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your message Lynn. :)
I´m not in Pompano Beach right now. I live in Buenos Aires - Argentina and the rain was the fast and furious type, the type that causes floods in the neighbourhood and scares me to drive in (which I must do to pick the kids up from school).
The Pompano sign picture was taken back in July when we visited Florida and it amused me to be able to put my blog´s name in the empty space. *giggle* Yes, I´m easily amused.
Lynn, first of all thanks for commenting on my blog. Secondly, there are loads of books about actualizing your ambitions as you grow more mature but the one that I find most satisfying is by Dr. Gene D. Cohen, The Mature Brain which explains why and how we are more apt to have the courage and perseverance to achieve important goals after the age of 45. I think you'll find that your wishes can come true not through some gimmacky program but simply through your own maturity and desire. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteAs someone lacking in self confidence myself, I feel where you are coming from, but I am sure you will find your path just as I am sure I will find mine.
ReplyDeleteAs Lynn wishes for herself, so I wish for her as well.
:) what a lovely comment you left for me..thank you so much, Lynn! And I love your wish!!! I truly believe in giving away whatever it is that I am looking to have more of myself...encouragement, friends, peace...May ALL of your wishes come true, and I wish them for you as well!
